Örum to run full-scale Bosch services in Finland |
|
Robert Bosch Car Parts and Örum are taking their collaboration to a whole new level. As Bosch is running down its storage facilities in Finland, Örum has acquired most of the stock, taking over the full-service spare parts operations. The facility housing the stock, located in Espoo, is one of the largest Bosch warehouses in Europe, larger than the one Bosch is now closing.
Örum’s selection of Bosch products will be geared towards the growing diesel sector, covering both traditional and modern diesel technology. This will make Örum the foremost provider of Bosch aftermarket services in Finland.
Örum will also become an authorised representative of the Bosch Car Service workshop concept. With this large-scale expansion of Bosch services, Örum continues to consolidate its position as the leading supplier of high-quality aftermarket products. As there are now two concepts to choose from – Autoasi and Bosch Car Service –, each workshop is sure to find a competitive edge that will endure far into the future.
To be able to guarantee first-class service, Örum has established a new Bosch organisation providing partner workshops with, for example, scheduled maintenance programmes for different types of vehicles. These as well as any parts required for maintenance are available to view online at the touch of a button, which makes it much easier to estimate the amount of work involved, set the price and order parts. At the same time, Örum is expanding its range of products and expertise to include Bosch diagnostics for workshops.
